( refrain ) rādhe -O Rādhā!; jaya jaya -all glories unto You! all glories unto You!; mādhava-dayite -O beloved of Mādhava!; gokula -of Gokula; taruṇī-maṇḍala -by all the young girls; mahite -O You who are glorified!

dāmodara-rati-vardhana-veśe hari-niṣkuṭa-vṛndā-vipineśe

Word for word

dāmodara-rati -Lord Dāmodara's love and attachment; vardhana -to increase; veśe -O You who dress Yourself in such a way!; hari-niṣkuta - the pleasure grove of Lord Hari; vṛndā-vipina -of Vṛndā Devī's forest; īśe -O Queen!

You who dress Yourself in such a way as to increase Lord Damodara's love and attachment for You! O queen of Vrndavana, which is the pleasure grove of Lord Hari!

vṛṣabhānūdadhi-nava-śaśi-lekhe
lalitā-sakhi guṇa-ramita-viśākhe

Word for word

vṛṣabhānu-udadhi -from the ocean of King Vṛṣabhānu; nava-śaśi-lekhe -O goddess of the newly-arisen moon!; lalitā-sakhi -O friend of Lalitā!; guṇa -due to Your wonderful qualities; ramita-viśākhe - O You who give intimate pleasure to Viśākhā!;

O new moon that has arisen from the ocean of King Vrsabhanu! O friend of Lalita! O You who make Visakha loyal to You due to Your wonderful qualities of friendliness, kindness, and faithfulness to Krsna!

kuru mayi karuṇā-bharite sanaka-sanātana-varṇita-carite

Word for word

karuṇām kuru -please be merciful; mayi -to me; karuṇā-bharite -O You who are filled with compassion!; sanaka-sanātana -by the great sages Sanaka and Sanātana; varṇita carite -O You whose divine characteristics are described!

O You who are filled with compassion! O You whose divine characteristics are described by the great sages Sanaka and Sanatana! O Radha, please be merciful to me!

This song is usually rendered in Raga Durga by most devotees. However, the original Stavamala text is requires it rendered in Raga Bhairavi. The Abhay Charan serial sings this correctly.
